Welcome to BHO (Bhargavi Health OS). By accessing or using our hospital management system, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

These terms apply to all users of BHO, including hospitals, healthcare facilities, medical professionals, administrative staff, and any other users who access or use our platform.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on BHO or any portion thereof without express written permission from SSB Technology.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, SSB Technology grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Access and use BHO for your hospital's internal operations
• Allow authorized staff to access the platform for legitimate business purposes
• Store and process healthcare data in accordance with applicable laws

This license does not include any rights to: modify the software, create derivative works, distribute copies, sublicense, or use the software for any commercial purpose outside your licensed use.

To use BHO, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Comply with all applicable healthcare regulations (HIPAA, ABDM guidelines, etc.)

You are prohibited from sharing account credentials, allowing unauthorized access, or using the platform for any unlawful purposes.

BHO integrates with India's Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) and supports ABHA ID functionality. By using these features:

• You agree to comply with ABDM policies and guidelines
• You acknowledge that health data sharing requires patient consent
• You accept responsibility for proper consent management
• You agree to use ABHA features only for legitimate healthcare purposes

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
• Temporarily suspend access for security or technical reasons
• Update or modify features and functionality
• Discontinue services with 90 days' notice

If you subscribe to a paid plan:

• Fees are charged according to your selected pricing plan
• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes

BHO is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

While we implement robust security measures, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge that internet transmissions are never completely secure and that any data transmission is at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SSB Technology, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your misuse of the platform
• Your violation of any laws or regulations
• Your violation of patient privacy or data protection laws
• Any content you submit through the platform

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, if you:

• Violate these Terms and Conditions
• Fail to pay applicable fees
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Compromise system security or integrity

Upon termination, your right to use BHO will cease immediately. You may export your data within 30 days of termination, after which it may be permanently deleted.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [Your City], India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use of BHO after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
