That conversation happened in a 60-bed hospital in Ranchi. The administrator had tried multiple HMS solutions and every time, the same friction came up: the software wanted the hospital to adapt to it, not the other way around.
The problem wasn't the software's quality — it was that it was built for a generic hospital. Not her hospital. She had a unique OPD flow, a billing structure tied to CGHS rates, and a pharmacy that ran on very specific consignment rules.
That experience became the blueprint for Bhargavi Health OS — a platform built around the way each hospital actually works, not the other way around. We are now opening early access to founding hospitals who want to help shape the product.
